"I realize this place has a lot of positive reviews and I am the odd one here. But I truly had a terrible experience at Ventura Orthopedics. The staff were completely incompetent, heartless, rude, and unprofessional at every turn. They made serious mistakes with my medications, insurance, billing, medical records, and surgery protocols. I consider it a miracle that I made it out of the process in one piece with no major health crises as a result of dealing with them. Maybe they just didn't like me and decided to break every rule and lie to me constantly. I have no idea why my treatment was so absolutely horrific but others praise them.
