"Inconvenient location. Dingy and dirty. Shelves are usually a mess. Staff is sometimes friendly sometimes not. Hard to find what your looking for. Prices arent alway right. I stopped going here and just prefer to go to the dollar general. Producs just don't seem as decent as they should be for the price. Waste of time stopping here every time i woild go"
"2 out of my 3 items were wrongly priced. Instead of staff saying sorry, we made an error or something to that effect, she blamed it on the young people that work at night. When price on shelf shown to her, she noted it was from April. Then, I chose a different item, and price was 25 cents more than shelf. Tired of poor quality workers. I have friends who have had similar experiences. Now we go to Dollar General"
"The asst manager accused me and my husband of stealing on a night that we weren't even in Stanley. I was at work and he was home with our children the night she accused us of stealing products from the store. She continued to accuse us even after she was told that I was at work and I even told her where I worked and she still insisted that it was us. I will never go back there for anything, even if I need it I will drive somewhere else to get it."
"This Family Dollar is clean, well staffed, well managed, and very organized. Everything was super easy to find. Who ever manages this place must take pride in what they do. This is probably the best family dollar I've ever been to. Five stars."
"Sings in wrong place.they had a buy 2 for five in front of doratoes. And had same sing in front of Cheetos so I thought they were on sale too they were not I was mislead and disappointed. I put them back.:( people all this happened at check out people behind me backing up like 5 different customer's. People were looking at me like it was my fault for price checking.manger left to go to bank. I was going to ask why was the sing in front of Cheetos on a shelf were there were no doratoes. :( it's fine print .I had my five year old with so I was quickly scanning for deals .my bad I guess:(."
