"Here it is Saturday afternoon and there’s no one available to give prescriptions. All the staff go to lunch at the same time, leaving no one at the window to provide medications to customers. Matter of fact, they closed the iron gate as well, every time they go to lunch. There are customers sitting here waiting to pickup their medications. This is really bad customer service. I will start getting my prescriptions filled at CVS or Walgreen, where there is always someone available. This is not the first time this has happened. Horrible."
