"This place is awful and Vanessa is zero help! I tried to call several times and the extension for new patients is ALWAYS a dead end with no option to leave a message. After weeks of getting nowhere I finally got connected to Vanessa who told me that they are booked now and basically don't want me! This is after I told her I need medicine management, so I can only guess I wouldn't make them enough money because I wasn't in horrible enough shape to require therapy! What kind of "care" is this??"
