"This review is primarily for their therapist Melissa Gould. This group had been recommended to me by someone I trust very much who had therapy with Caitlyn Oscarson and Saryna Konczey which was massively life changing. I took the leap and came here to try to work through some of the things keeping me from moving through life the way I wanted to, and it was one of the best decisions I'd ever made. The therapist I've worked with is Melissa, and I can not begin to express the appreciation I have for the work she's done with me. She creates a very safe and comfortable place to be vulnerable, which is CRITICAL to the process. She is incredibly astute and insightful, and does an amazing job of navigating and exploring your internal struggles, road block, and thought traps with you. Melissa's intuition is spectacular - she has a deep understanding of the complexities that surround anxieties and the processes that can effectively conquer them. I saw her regularly for just under a year, and come back from time to time when I need some extra help working through something, and the difference in my quality of life has been massive. I am incredibly grateful to have found such an effective therapist, and am certain from what I've heard about Caitlyn and Saryna that the others in this group are also among the best in the field as well.
