"Clean, fast and courteous. That's how a pharmacy should be. Excellent. Your phone will try to guide you to the pharmacy but you can't park at the pharmacy. You have to park in the lot before you get to the pharmacy. So go right instead of left at the very end"

"Y’all complaining about hours - this pharmacy has the longest open hours of nearby pharmacies. I go out of my way. They’re always friendly and have never messed up or cancelled my Rx, which was the norm at Oakland. Oakland would cancel an Rx and then make me wait in the after hours discharge line. Ridiculous and unethical, forcing people in serious health situations to wait longer for their discharge meds. Berkeley’s pharmacy is always out of stock or messing up the Rx by filling with the wrong generic despite clear instructions on Rx. Not once had these issues at San Leandro. Thank you kind pharmacy folks!"

"Kaiser San Leandro pharmacy needs to go back to 24 hour service or at least increase their hours of service. We are all back at work! Shelter in place is over! We shouldn’t have to take time off from work just to go to the pharmacy when mailing meds takes too long or doesn’t work for your situation. Opening at 8am? At least open by 7am! I would have already been on the road to work. This hospital serves a large population and considering how much our premiums are…. Get it together! They also need to make it clear that the “discharge pharmacy” is only for ER patients. Make it a big sign. I was in there overhearing the pharmacist loudly complain about patients in line. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I never write reviews, but something had to be said. I have such a negative opinion now regarding Kaiser. Can’t unsee or unhear some things. This was on 2/14/24 in case Kaiser wants to go see who was working that night and wants to revisit some training….."
