"Honestly, it makes me really sad to lower my review of this place. We've absolutely loved ordering from them for years. Since this new guy has come on service and quality has really gone down hill. Seemingly only when he's working though, it's still great when the owner prepares the food. The other guy made us nearly raw crab rangoon and very over cooked rice. He's also incredibly impatient and rude. Very unprofessional. After 4 or 5 negative encounters this last one was the worst. He literally answered "hello?" which prompted us to ask if we called the right number. He then told my husband to order faster. Hopefully at some point we can be customers again when that employee no longer works there."
"This is no longer my favorite Chinese place. I've been ordering from then for over a year and the new guy was very rude to me asking if I knew what store I called because it wasn't a 920 area code. Then he starts asking me to verify where I'm at ans where the store is. I refuse to give them my business anymore. I knew others that have said he has been rude to them to. I might come back if he is gone or he apologize to me."
