"The service is just terrible. Made an appointment for a vaccine. Showed up 5 minutes early to be respectful of their time and they couldn't be bothered to anywhere near the appointment time. There was one person ahead of me waiting for a prescription. I didn't mind that. But after their prescription was filled, I waited another 25 minutes. Meanwhile the CVS automated system pings you constantly to show up."
"Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with Went to pick up a prescription, was told it would be ready in 3 hours and to come back then. Went home, came back, was told I should have waited for a text alert. Went home, waited a full day for a text alert, showed up and was told that was a mistake and that it still wasn't ready. When I tried to complain about having to make 3 trips to the same store the pharmacist just turned around and ignored me. Just zero regard for my time."
