"Poor management. Was put on hold 3 times now only to be sent to voicemail each time, the turn over rate for workers is alarming and clearly they can't figure out how to train people properly. The pharmacists are so overburdened, they need to hire more people and organize their system better. The pharmacists are doing the best they can with horrible management."

"I came in to buy sudafed tonight I waited for 5 minutes and then the woman disappeared to do a vaccine and then other person working wouldn’t help me. It would have taken 1 minute to ring me up for sudafed and it has to be done by a pharmacist."
