"I bought a tractor here. When I picked it up it was out of gas. Took me asking several people before anyone raised a finger to help. I feel the salesman that sold it should have mobilized his men to get me loaded, happy and on my way. I probably won’t return. On the way home I stopped at a different dealer and got 4 buckets of transmission oil, 1 bucket of hydraulic fluid, 12 jugs of DEF, and a bucket of 10w40. I intended to buy it all while I was there, but felt that they didn’t care I was there."

"bought a glenco soil finisher unseen, was told field ready when it showed up it was completely wore out , no response from reiser . BEWARE!"

"I'm from Montana and bought a used skid loader from them with out seeing it. Big mistake. I asked Ken if everything works on it and he said everything except the air-conditioning. The instant I drove it when it got here I knew something was wrong with it. Bad drive motor, shavings in the oil, and numerous other smaller things. He payed maybe an eighth of the cost and was rude and completely impossible to reason with. Ken is a crook."
