"They don’t answer phone at 4:50 pm when they close at 5 pm !!! Not sure what time they close phone lines"

"Very terrible patient experience at this clinic. My primary care doctor is supposedly Dr. Devareddy Sai but she never gets back to any of my messages nor check-in with me. She has even missed 1 of the two appointments I scheduled with her without any apology or follow-up. Referrals are always slow and you would have to be seriously ill to be taken seriously enough to speak to a specialist. Other providers are slightly better but with huge delays and very long response times. The whole point of a Primary Care Clinic is timeliness and communication with respect to patient needs, and this is something this clinic terribly fails at. I will be very likely changing to another Stanford Healthcare facility because of how unprofessional and inhumane the turnaround time can be for test results and how lacking the overall care experience is here."

"This review is for Dr. Lydia Ann Wong at the Stanford Los Altos Clinic. I had one of the worst experience with this doctor as my primary care physician. She ordered a mammogram for me during a routine annual physical exam. I gave the test but never heard back on the results for more than a week. I wrote to the clinic three times but she or her assistant never acknowledged my email until I kept pressing on them for an answer. She didn't even have the etiquette to sign off properly on her email with an apology or a thank you. With the exception of a nurse who took my blood test, I don't have anyone who I can remember talks professionally and friendly in her office. I had wonderful experience with my previous PCP and her medical assistant at this clinic, both of whom don't work in Los Altos clinic anymore. This clinic and it's quality of care has degraded since they left. I wish more people take medicine as a passion instead of a lucrative career option. I don't see empathy, friendliness and most importantly politeness in these people at Stanford anymore. It's suck to live in this time and era and end up trusting our life with these type of unprofessional doctors. As for me, I have discontinued my visit to Los Altos Stanford Clinic and decided to give my 'business' to a different hospital altogether."

"I've been here several times now. You won't wait long in the lobby, but you'll wait 15-30 min in a room waiting for your doctor. If your doctor leaves for anything, expect to wait another 15-20min until they come back. They do listen to any questions you may have and will answer them. In this sense, it's nice to not get pushed out the second they are done. Then again, you have been waiting much longer than your actual time with the doctor. The cost is insane. It's Stanford, so it's expected, but you can get the same level of care or better from a Standford educated doctor elsewhere. (Yes, I've seen several Stanford educated doctors outside of this institution. An ENT at PAMF was horrible though, so don't rely solely on place of education.) Expect the bill 6 months later. They will add bogus "telephone" appointments to your account. They will also try to harass you into doing the medical billing for them- claiming it is your responsibility (it's not. Your job is to pay.)"

"My wife and I both have our PCP based out of this location. The staff are so very nice and friendly. The doctors and medical assistants are very professional and go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable. The location is very convenient and there is a parking garage as well so parking is not a hassle here. They even do blood work if necessary."
