"I booked a flight to Iran with Shana but I had to cancel my trip due to protests in Iran. I called the airline and they said they are issuing waivers for tickets to Tehran because of what’s happening but when I discussed that with Shana, she said the airline company is lying. She is requesting 150 dollars deposited in her own account before she can start the request to cancel my ticket. She doesn’t accept my credit card as a form of payment, she only accepts zelle or Venmo to her own account. When I asked why it needs to go to her own account she said they have a trust account with the airline company and the district attorney. This does not make sense at all. She also left a very disrespectful voice message as to why I’m questioning the process. She is always rude and makes a lot mistakes when processing any requests. They are not customer-oriented and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend Artemis travel to anyone."

"I just want to say thank you to Shana who helped us in a very emergency situation. My wife and I had some problems to take our flight from Iran to Rome for our honeymoon, and our other flight to the US was also canceled because of the airline policy. So I called her from Iran and it was midnight in the US. She didn’t sleep all night just to solve our problem. I do understand that the type of this business is like this, but I do also know that no one’s gonna handle your problem at 1am just because you have some problems with your airline. So eventually we were able to take our flight back the same day that I called her with a better airline. I appreciate your help Shana!"
