"Let me first say that I understand that this pharmacy is located within an ethnically dense Chinese region within the city and many of their customers are non-English speaking and the service providers here do well in being able to communicate with them. However the pharmacy attendants here cannot speak English. I’m not saying they struggle with it or have a heavy accent. I’m saying they literally cannot communicate in English. I watched as customer after customer struggled to communicate only to for the attendants to have to call pharmacist to translate every time. This meant I spent over an hour trying to pick up an Rx. It’s good that the attendants here can communicate with what is likely a majority of customers at this store, however, if they cannot effectively communicate in English which severely hampers their ability to efficiently serve English-speakers, it’s seems they should place a sign or otherwise let English-speakers know they aren’t able to effectively serve them so can select another location."

"I don’t get the bad reviews for this pharmacy. I am from out of town and needed to get a script filled which was coming up as being delayed and wouldn’t get paid for by insurance. The manager was super nice and helpful and it turned out my doctor tried to just send the old prescription. He corrected it, gave me what they had and said they would be able to fill it entirely the next day. Much better than my home Walgreens by far!"

"Service personal are very bad service, if they like people they shouldn't work their. They don't represent their company. The main function is to have repeat customer to come back to give you more business not to kick them out like cattle."

"This Walgreen is great but they seem understaffed and there is alot that needs to be done. Overall I come here often but beware that there are old Chinese people cutting in line at this location and they would pretend like they don't know anything but they cut in line and this also happens from time to time at every store in Chinatown."
