"For a scheduled check up for my grandmother and they too 3 hours to see us, then rushed us through the evaluation and results. Had me sign a form requesting for interpreter but don't provide one. And then sent meds to the wrong pharmacy and the pharmacy we did have to go was out of stock of the medication and the pharmacy questioned why they sent it so late, it didn't give them enough time to order the meds. Disorganized and incompetent."

Their nurse called a a couple of times, few days apart prior to surgery to make sure we had all the medication needed, post op call also. "The worst place with customer service skills. They have a whole bunch on incompetent staff members who are always lost and taking forever to assist. The Dr. are always late and have no customer care skills. All they care about is their number of patients to change their insurance but they don’t care about the patients. A minimum wait time is 2 hours if you are lucky. You must prepare to waste your entire day in order to be seen. I will be switching clinics."
