"This place is truly a scam. They got paid by my insurance, resubmitted the payment twice more, and then proceeded to send it to a creditor. They did not call me - and when they claimed to have their receptionist called the wrong number - mixing up a 6 and a 9. To the couple that runs this place, you should be embarrassed; the reviews are true. Please save yourself, your credit score, and your sanity and go ANYWHERE else."

"I don't know about these other reviews but my experience with this practice has been very good. The diagnosis and medication I was put on at my first visit immediately started to help me, and every time I've had an appointment, Dr. Linder has listened to me and my concerns about my dosage based on my experience and hasn't forced me into any amount, instead giving me suggestions and seeing how I feel about them going forward, which has made me feel very in control of my situation, with the confidence of a trained professional's supportive guidance along the way to help me. There was a time I missed an appointment which I scheduled at the end of their work day. I was going through a rough time with my mental health do to some contributing life factors and as a result my sleep schedule was very affected (I have since increased my dosage and have more control over this, as long as I stay personally responsible with my sleep schedule). Dr. Linder made several attempts even after his office's hours to reach me to try and get my appointment in, even on his personal time. I still missed the appointment because I couldn't stay awake (which I still feel horrible about lol, I'm so sorry for this!), but his persistence in trying to work with me was greatly appreciated. I also understand I'm paying for what is years of study in a very important and knowledgeable profession, and when I miss an appointment, I'm essentially taking away time that could've gone to another patient that needs it, so I don't fault them for the expensive no-show fees (which is cost of the appointment itself, I believe, so it makes sense). The staff is always friendly to me and very helpful and understanding that I can only schedule appointments very infrequently (I pay out of pocket for their services so it's something I can't afford every month). I think the only thing I could criticize (I wouldn't even call it criticizing since it's fairly minor and not even their fault) is sometimes it's been hard to get my medications sent to my pharmacy. But that's only when I try to fill it through the pharmacy itself (Walmart pharmacy). Their requests never seem to make it to the office, but when I call Linder's office itself and request a refill, it always gets immediately sent to my pharmacy and filled quickly. Thank you for helping me to improve my life. The stabilization I've found through the medication has seriously been life-changing."

"Horrible business, avoid at all costs. My wife had one appointment do to horrible customer service. We were charged for her appointment back in July when our insurance was supposed to cover cost. Turns out the Group gave our insurance the incorrect information which made us out of network with this group. About a month later and numerous phone calls to our insurance and Linder Psych, Linder admitted they were being bought out and there tax ID number was changing. They had submitted the incorrect tax ID number to our insurance and our insurance wouldn't cover the cost. Linder had finally fix everything with our insurance, but won't refund us till they get payment from our insurance. So they messed up and mistakenly charged us and won't pay us back what they owe us till they get money first. Update as of 11/15/21: Linder has now been paid by us and our insurance company. We have been told over and over we would receive our refund but still have not. This place is a scam."

"Although my daughter had seen a provider here years ago, she moved to the Bay Area after graduating college at the end of 2019. She did not live in this area during 2020, yet Linder claims she called and made an appointment for 6/8/20 and was a "no show". Linder did not even have her current address in the Bay Area. Linder did not have any current credit card information on file or else I'm sure they would have simply charged her. There is no record of any call, email or text from my daughter. Linder is unable to provide proof that an appointment was made and will not provide the phone number that the appointment was made from. They left one reminder voicemail for my daughter on her personal cell phone number. This is not proof that she made any appointment. Linder continues to bill monthly, adding late charges, billing notice charges and interest charges each time. This is occurring despite the fact that no services were ever provided and no insurance claim was ever made. My daughter is under age 26 and still has excellent insurance through my employer and was utilizing top-notch providers at Stanford in Palo Alto all through 2020. I have the insurance claims to prove it. She would have had no need to book an appointment with a Roseville provider that she hadn't used in years (and didn't like) while not even living here any longer. If this was supposedly a telehealth appointment, why was there no appointment confirmation emailed to her with a link to the appointment or portal to conduct a visit? Since Linder claims that my daughter could have made the appointment from "any phone", why can't they produce the number? They claim that they know she made the appointment on 5/13/20 yet they called HER CELL PHONE to leave the reminder. All the reputable providers that my daughter uses now utilize email, text and phone confirmations and reminders. They all use patient web portals for communication between patient and provider. This situation has never been encountered with ANY of them. My daughter has sent Linder a cease and desist letter today. She has also filed complaints against Linder with the State of CA Attorney General's Office along with the Better Business Bureau today. The last thing a recent college graduate with mental health challenges during a pandemic needs is the stress, harassment and damaged credit from a provider that supposedly helps and supports people. Luckily, she has parents who love and look out for her well being. All she is seeking is that this bill be voided and her credit left undamaged. ***THERE CAN'T BE A NO SHOW BECAUSE SHE NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT. IF SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT YOU'D BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE PHONE NUMBER SHE CALLED FROM ALONG WITH THE EXACT DATE AND TIME SHE CALLED. YOUR OFFICE EITHER DOESN'T KNOW HOW OR REFUSES TO PROVIDE IT. AS I SAID, NO PROOF SHE EVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE.***"
