"Please if you have some other way of getting seen by a doctor please do it. I sadly have to come here, but if you don’t please don’t go here. I don’t think half the staff even has training.They are so rude, they hang up on you, put you on hold when they don’t want to work, and like I said are very rude. You want a little side of attitude with your doctor visit then come here, and you’ll get help from untrained rude women. I feel so bad for anyone that HAS to come here. Take a look at other reviews, and mine so you can save yourself a bad day at the doctors."
"Receptionists have very little clue about what they’re supposed to be doing. Getting two different answers from different receptionists, then not being communicative, and overall lots of incompetence. Don’t waste your time and money, especially if you’re there for time sensitive issues. AVOID!!"
"Dr. Tong is incredible with my children. I have 2 teenage boys, one on the spectrum and one with a sensory processing disorder, who have been seen since they were 3&5 years old. He always has great suggestions and is so patient. We will continue to come here. Highly recommended."
