"If zero stars was an option- he would get it. If you're looking for good communication from Dr. Aziz or his staff you will not get it. After my traumatic car crash when a hit and run drunk driver almost ended my journey 2 years ago- he failed to help me when I needed him the most. All that was requested was for him to organize my medical visits in a succinct manner to allow my legal team to pursue legal suit against the driver. After weeks of trying to get a hold of him one of his staff members relayed from him "my notes", albeit incoherent, "would suffice." Now I am left searching for another Neurologist to help me cross the finish line. Starting this process all over again with getting a new referral, seeking an entirely new Neurologist, waiting for new appointments all while trying my hardest to close this chapter of my life. It would take all but 20 minutes to write an executive summary- now I have to wait months again after an already 2-year process... Do yourself a favor- if Tricare refers you to this office- say no thanks and find someone else."
