"Arrived and front desk person checked me in. However they never called my name. And had to wait 3 hrs to be seen. When I was seen, they asked if I stepped outside because they “called me” 10 minutes after arriving. I was there the whole time and nobody called my name. Then for a lift test. The staff didn’t not know how to perform. A lot of my time was wasted. Mely. The doctor and the physical lady were helpful but from desk is terrible except the UEI intern that took my paperwork."

"The worst. They take hours and hours to see you. They don't care about your health. The first time I was seeing buy a nurse only and the second my appt. was at 1:00 if I didn't complain I would sit until 2 or 3 hours after, plus I was not being seen by a doctor. (The nurse practitioner that checked me was nice) I hope there is other reason to come here. Very disappointed."
