"Been fighting tooth and nail to get the symptoms I’m feeling acknowledged and actually diagnosed. Been thru mri, ultra sound, and X-ray, not to mention all the other tests I’ve gone thru previous to this location. I have so much fluid and congestion in my head with no relief, and a feeling of lumps in my throat. Even after all these tests they are Insisting I am “totally normal” and just have a simple deviation on my nostril. Go somewhere else this place is a joke, not to mention a complete waste of time and money, I’ve spent nearly $1600 at this location alone with no answers. Also they never helped me with my ADA paperwork for my job all I got was a 3 day doctors note, so I’ve also had to keep fighting for my job as I struggle to get a diagnostic. Edit: After reading this review he then proceeded to hurry my mri diagnosis and call me to report I have some small cyst that “really shouldn’t be causing this kind of reaction” again it’s gotta be some combination of deviated septum, sleep apnea, or anxiety and then proceeded to confront me on this review that I wasn’t fair. Seems to me like a cyst on your tonsil is a great place to start and it’s not fair you keep doubling down on your pride, instead of suggesting the surgery to remove the tonsils and cysts and see how much improvement there is. It’s not fair you didn’t do my ADA paperwork so I’m fighting to keep my job while calling out because I can’t breath. It’s not fair my life is crumbling health wise, financially this is a drain with loss of pay, and I’m begging for help and basically get told I have an anxiety disorder. You are literally staring at a cyst in my throat on the mri scan and swollen tonsils. I almost lost it on him, of course I’m anxious Sherlock I can’t breathe and you don’t seem to concerned about it, after all that he says well I can help you if your comfortable, hard pass I will not have someone who confronts me on a review doing any type of any surgery on me. He should have said sorry we found a cyst in your tonsils, I still think there’s more to it but let’s start there as that is the most obvious thing that should not be there and see what improvement we get. I told him from day one my tonsils get swollen and infected and I feel removing them would probably be best, then we find a cyst that easily can get infected and enlarge causing the exact sensation I’m feeling, especially this is a chronic issue that’s the the worst when I have infections. do not recommend."

"Incredible Dr. Dr. Wadhwa took great time addressing all my ear problems. Explained all my options and gave suggestions. He was very thorough. I will be going back to review the results after my tests come in. I am still amazed how much time he took with me. His staff was exceptional also. Very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I would give 6 stars if I could. I went to another ear doctor at Eisenhower in Palm Springs and nearly saw the Dr. For 7 minutes and was told to come back in 3 months. The difference was like night and day between the two."

"Dr. Whadwa is very nice, unfortunately most the time you deal with the office staff who is not. They are not very helpful, extremely slow on getting anything done, you have to wait and wait for an appointment, they never have any available then say they will squeeze you in, which is nice of them but never seems to work out, between changing the day of your appointment, then being mad you have a different day noted, rescheduling, or cancelling on you, I think they are just too busy to care about their patients. If you value your time and health go elsewhere. The office manager is demeaning and obviously doesnt care about the patients predicament. Go somewhere that values its clientele and acts like it."

"Dr. MacEwan and Amy have been wonderful caring for me. I have been very nervous about my procedure and from day one they have worked to keep me at ease. I have received calls from both to follow up on my status. Both take time to answer any questions or concerns. Great team, would recommend to anyone. They even take time to explain my insurance benefits and how my billing will work. Thank you to all the team."
