"One of the few places you can still get a free walk-in Covid-19 PCR test in San Diego County. Thanks to Omicron and the spike in cases, the line has been closing early and is now 3-4 hours long! There's no way my 92-year-old father can stand in line that long, and with his dementia, he wouldn't even be able to do it in a wheelchair. Fortunately, CSUSM has an "ADA line" -- when we drove up with our handicapped license plates, we were directed to a sectioned off area of the parking lot near the testing tent where, after registering on my phone, we could sit in the car until his turn. We still had to wait about 45 minutes, and Dad was getting antsy, but we got 'er done. They asked if Dad could do a self-swab, and since he couldn't, I got to do it under their supervision. Although I didn't see it for several days, as it was buried in my spam, the e-mail with the link to the results arrived the next day."

"Got there shortly after opening. The line was long but moved quickly and there were employees to help you fill out the registration on your phone while in the line. All employees were professional, helpful, and seemed concerned that we got everything right. The test was simple though a bit uncomfortable - sticking a swab up into your sinuses. All in all a MUCH better experience than some private offices dole out. Hopefully, the results will come soon."

"Longest wait ever. Worst customer experience. Rude security. Latina lady at door was yelling and was rude. This isn't a taqueria. It's a Covid testing site. Poor site management results to awful citizen experience. Avoid this site as much as possible!"
