"Every visit you end up waiting over an hour past your appointment time to see the doctor. The surgery center they use is out of network with insurance companies so now I have to pay thousands of dollars for a surgery that would have been completely covered elsewhere. Oh and they only validate for the first hour of your parking so you end up paying $20 for parking each visit because you are in the waiting room for hours"

"Please consider coming to this office if you do not mind people wasting your time and disrespecting you. I went to Dr Jung 8 years ago for ligament tears in my ankle and never had a problem. Now I have the same issue again and went back for an initial consultation. It took almost an hour from my appointment time (which I came in 15 mins prior per their instructions) for them to even bring me back and over an hour to finally see the doctor. After my x ray showed nothing, Dr Jung ordered me an MRI. I made an appointment for it and found out that the doctor office did not send the request to insurance until OVER A WEEK after that consultation, so I couldn’t get the MRI until we got a decision from insurance. THEN, once insurance reviewed the request, they denied it because the doctor office did not state that I already had an x ray done for it. Now, it has been over a month of pain & swelling in my ankle and I still can’t even get clear answers from an MRI. I am extremely upset and disappointed in this office’s competence and would not recommend to anyone."

"I strongly recommend Dr. Lee for shoulder replacement surgery. I have been active in sports all my life. Seven years ago, I had shoulder surgery by another doctor. That surgery failed. I was reticent to undergo any further surgeries. I had difficulty lifting my left arm to a salute position and it hurt. I stopped playing golf.
