"I never got the nurses name but wow what a fantastic way to lose business right off the bat. Because it's an HMO just being seen for a chronic ear infection for new drops could be MORE than $150. For medication already on file. Guess I'll just go to the urgent care for better, faster, and less expensive healthcare. What a shame, minuteclinc used to be really good."

"Not only did I get hit on (in a room w/ a closed door) for my first visit (for TB Test). When I went back to do my reading they decided to not go by appt. times and take a guy that arrived after me. My appointment was 20 mins ago & I’m still waiting. Extremely unprofessional they way things were handled and left unexplained. I even tried calling and that was a bust too. I would not come here if I were you."

"I was honestly impressed with this MinuteClinic location. I made an appointment online, and was seen in less than 5 minutes of arrival. They have several consultation/treatment rooms off of a (people-less) lobby, where you check in on a computer. It almost looks like "The Price is Right," except inside each room is a fully equipped medical exam space. I saw two different nurses during my visit, and both were very thorough and professional. They collected my relevant health history and symptoms, asked a lot of questions, and conducted a comprehensive exam. They even offered to send my visit history to my home PCP. I felt listened to and cared about. Also it was convenient that when they wrote me a prescription it's so easy to fill it at the CVS pharmacy."

"I’ve been coming here for 3 years. All minor issues typically. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences until today. I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews unless I’m financially affected. However, the nurse who saw me this morning 3/14/21 10am has no business working any customer facing position. Unfortunately I’ll be taking my services elsewhere."

The amount of time spent waiting; being bounced back and forth between locations; and the headache involved for a simple wellness screening was absolutely unacceptable. Approximately 4+ hours of wait time even after arranging time online in advance. I used the service for what I thought would be quick and convenient, and it absolutely was not."
