"This urgent care has been such a great resource to get urgent care needs for my toddlers instead of having to wait hours on and in the radys hospital. All the front office staff are phenomenal. They were able to order me replacement medicine when my son threw it away . The doctors have great bedside manner every visit Glad to have this location available in North county."

"Best urgent care ever! I cut my fingertip all the way through my finger nail and it definitely needed stitches. I got there about ten minutes before closing and was greeted by a very friendly staff. They told me I might not get in because they were closing soon. I decided to take my chances and wait. They got me in after they closed. I met the very wonderful Dr Vivian Carlton. She was so kind and made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. She added extra stitch's, per my request, because I use my hands a lot and I always seem to brake them. She even stitched my fingernail together. Here it is about a month later and you can barely see the cut. She did such a good job cleaning out the cauterized/dead skin and doing the stitching that I don't have any scar tissue at all. Thank you Dr Carlton and staff!"

"The front office staff usually has been very kind and the doctors the same. In this particular visit the doctor was very kind and helpful. Just the front office staff was extremely rude to my son and I. He was having stomach pain so i took him into this urgent care. She asked three different times what my insurance was with different questions. I told her it's been the same since the first time I've ever been to this urgent care and hasn't changed since. She didn't believe me and asked me the name of the insurance company we have. Even though she has a copy of our insurance card uploaded on her computer. I said yes that is it. She then asked me the details about the policy that are already listed on the insurance card again she has a copy of on her computer screen. So I handed her the insurance card and she kept being a total rude person just staring at it and the computer for like 30 minutes. All while she is making my little boy wait to be seen. They didn't have any other patients being helped in the rooms. There was no need for her to make him wait in pain to be seen. Finally she said okay you have a $30 copay, we paid and we were seen. The doctor barely looked at him. She took a urine sample and said it was negative. She then suggested we go to Radys children's hospital. We later found out at another medical facility he has a stomach infection and a kidney infection. Hence why he was in pain. While the doctor was nice she wasn't very through with her process of checking to see what our son had causing his tummy pains."

"I’m settling with 1 star as at least I was in and out of this place in probably less than 20 minutes. I went to have my achy, red right eye checked on a Thursday afternoon, & told the NP of my symptoms. She did a couple tests and thereafter sent me away with a prescription for antibiotic eye drops. I woke up the next day and the pain in my eye was much worse, the redness became deeper, and I couldn’t stand to look at or be anywhere near a window or bright light. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with an eye center that afternoon, and was told I had uveitis - while the antibiotic itself didn’t hurt, they certainly didn’t help by delaying proper care. I could’ve gone blind before the weekend ended! Even my PCP, who I saw for follow up labs on Monday, commented the least they could’ve done is recommend a visit to an ER instead as I was presenting with classic clinical symptoms of uveitis. Hindsight is 20/20 (no pun intended) - there’s a reason an urgent care is dead silent."

"If I could give 0 stars I would!! I have a 2 year old who needed stitches after falling and splitting her lip playing at daycare. As a distressed mother, I walked into this urgent care expecting help. The initial woman I spoke with SO kind and SO pleasant. The Second woman who later came out explaining that they do not take my child’s insurance was extremely rude and abrupt in telling me. She spoke with her hands swinging everywhere. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. My child was clearly hurt, show some compassion!!!! I asked for her name and she refused to give it. She honestly should not be working at an urgent care facility! She’s disgusting and clearly needs training!! I stopped at a second facility who also was unable to help because she was a toddler that required stitches and they were SO kind. They gave me referrals to 2 emergency rooms who do! Gave my daughter Stickers!! Lollipops!! And even the doctor came out and spoke to me about what was going to likely happen at the ER because I was visually stressed!!! This facility could’ve easily done the same!! That one employee put a disgusting taste in my mouth and would tell everyone I know not to go there because of her!!!!! I left so upset that I’ll be filing a BBB complaint as well."
