"I have had wonderful experiences with this office, but today my father was trying to schedule an appointment for a follow up. The receptionist was extremely rude and had no patience for my father, whom does not speak English fluently. At the end of the call, as he was trying to confirm that everything for his appointment was set, the receptionist hung up on him. I understand that communication with patients who don’t speak English fluently can be difficult, but I believe it is important that Dr. Wielinga speaks with his team and they understand how important it is to treat their patients with respect. Especially, considering they are located in a neighborhood that serves majority Latinos."
