"Drove 30 mins to this clinic due to it stating it was open, upon arrival it was in fact closed. I’m aware that it’s a holiday and that it states it “may be closed” but being that this is an URGENT care it should be a bit more specific due to the possibility of someone having an actual emergency or it being the only available option to someone in desperate times."

"The receptionist are not good at all. When you call them it seems they don’t really listen to your request. I called and requested to schedule an appointment with DR A., but they scheduled for another dr. I called them to make sure to sign an IHSS letter I need an appointment and then they told me your appointment will be with DR B not DR A. I told them I requested appointment with DR A and I have been told DR A is fully booked till Dec 21st which was too late for singing that letter. They even did NOT apologize to me for the mistake they made. They just repeat the same thing like a machine. If they made a mistake they should be responsible and try their best to fix it. I am not happy with this clinic at all."

"I just wanted to say I had a great conversation with Alicia. She was so polite and answered all my question and help out a lot getting my mom the appointment she needed. I wish there was more people like her in the office supper nice and a great listener. I appreciate her help and her hard work."

"The doctors are great! The gate keeper (receptionist) was not kind. Would not let me see the doctor because I arrived 15 minutes late. She had me reschedule after numerous attempts to get my shoulder problem worked out. Drove to the offices 3 times to get turned away by covertly hostile PC"

"Nurse Practitioner Harley was awesome! I have an appointment today and it went smooth. I have trouble on my carpal tunnel and she was very informative. Staff are welcoming and the center is so clean. 5 stars for me. Outstanding and professionals"
