"My grandchildren love Dr Hensley and all the nurses and assistants! We have never had a bad experience here and prefer going here over anywhere else. My children's comfort and understanding at the clinic is very important to me and they are the best putting children at ease and explaining whats happening where my children can understand."

"My husband and I dressed down in Costco sweats and a hoodie for our newborn's 9:00am appt. We were immediately told we both couldn't enter. Which was incorrect.(we both entered) We were immediately asked to see our insurance card because we have to pay a copay before we're seen. Which we don't have a copay.(we informed her but she still wanted to see it) The worst part is we've been here many times just today's nurse was extra aggressive my husband, and I are assuming it's because we didn't have labels on. I really would hate it to be because I'm of a different ethnicity than the nurse was."

"Our pediatrician sent us to this hospital to treat my son for dehydration and to get a psych-consult. I told everyone who helped us that this was why we were here. They gave my son an enima, did absolutely no labs, not even a urine sample. Then they said we could go home and gave me a list of psychologists that were not even close to where I live, and to top it all off.......we never even saw the doctor. We waited for 5 1/2 hours, we had to sit in the hall in uncomfortable chairs, and at one point, I think they even forgot about us. This is supposed to be the best children's hospital????"

"They are very organized and clean. The nurses are so nice. I usually get called right on time for my appointment and the doctors take estra good care of my baby. I really like their app. It's very helpful in making appointments and giving me reminders."
