"Absolutely abhorrent procedure and treatment. My 90 year old grandma got lost on her way here, after taking a 10 minute walk across the parking lot we were turned away from the appointment. She’s 90 years old, and they turned her away. She’s been a patient for 30 years. EDIT: she’s now passed away because of their negligence and failure to follow through."

"This Doctor office never answers the phone, refills your medication. It's impossible to get someone to help you with something unless you physically go to the office and speak with them directly about it then something gets done. I can't really tell if it's the doctor or his office who really don't care and go through the motions. Like they say finding a good physician is like finding a great car mechanic, they are all not the same. I would not recommend this office or this doctor."

"I've been trying for going on two weeks to get a blood sugar meter for my diabetes. CVS tells me they e mail my doctor's office with no results. They only sent in for meter not test strips or lances. I called again ( about the 6th time ) and told receptionist, i honesty don't think she knew what i meant. In the past my previous doctor would get me what i needed expeditiously. ( doctor from Glendora ). Mr. Araneta needs to take better care of his patients."

"The doctors are okay esp Doctor Araneta. Ms Jamie Rogers is okay too. BUT Por Pabor Sin Modales ⤵️ The receptionists are hopeless. They say words they don't intend to do. Esp when we talk about health, life and death. My goodness, change your receptionists to someone more compassionate and real-ly caring for the patients. They are in the medical field, supposed to be caring for those with sickness and elderlies. I remember the incident years ago when a lady, saying she was a relative of the Doctor came and started yelling at the staff while waiting for our turn, never ending argument. The receptionists "didn't even apologize". And they never do apologize for any mistakes they make. That day, they were even talking back to the patient, like an eye for an eye. Where did they go to school? What training were given to them? That time, the issue of the lady was the staff don't care about people's time. And it is very relatable. Very true. In life and death situation, you couldn't count on them to be able to deliver. And they call this job or profession, the healthcare industry. When you call them, it's always busy but if you are there and you see them they are seated together and sometimes just giggling and talking to each other in between calls. Hahahaha. It ruins the reputation of the doctors. Patients have the right to be treated well and with respect especially in their conditions. This is sad. We think of people wearing scrubs and give them utmost respect. But in this case these receptionists, phone receptionists act like divas. Por Pabor. Today I called. Nobody answered. It is all recording. I called again and again and I kept pressing one 1 for English and chosen from selection 1-4. Called several times nothing. Nada. I tried calling in , again. This time I pressed on 2 for Spanish and hit selection 1. The Hispanic lady was fast as a jet plane to answer and she was speaking in English.Mujer, que barbaredad. Not everyone in California is Spanish. Have some manners."

"The doctor and nurse practitioner are okay. Some of the staff/receptionists are difficult to deal with. They can be rude and disrespectful. Nobody answers your call except when you choose 1/to set an appointment. It is funny why the receptionist won't be able to fax the results but when a friend calls again, she was going to fax it. These attitudes would make other clients change doctors eventually. And it is an irony that they work in healthcare. Maybe they need to change receptionists, someone who has manners and of good breeding."
