"Dr. Diego Salas was very unhelpful and overall uninterested in helping. I understand it’s telemedicine over the weekend but you could tell he did not want to be there ( and he was home!).He suggested I come in person or keep setting appointments to find a Dr who’s more willing to help. For some it’s just a job for others they care about patients. I guess I’ll keep setting appointments until I get that one."

"Ridiculously unprofessional. Made an appointment or “check-in time” at 7am for 11:30am. I watched as the the time got pushed back even before 11:30. at 11:50am it said my estimated visit time was 12:09, my visit time disappeared 15 minutes before my visit time. When I came in, I was told I would then have to wait the nearly 2 hour wait as walk-in, because they had reached the limit of online visits? Despite waiting since 7am, and despite seeing multiple people with online reservations on the waiting list. Not to mention the lady was smirking the entire time while explaining that they couldn’t help me, that I would have to wait as a walk in. 02/02/24 Whoever was working your front desk at 11am needs to learn to have some empathy if they’re going to continue to work in healthcare."

"Went in for a covid test to confirm my positive home test. I was told I'd receive a call within 3-5 business days to get my results; never got a call. On the 5th day I called in the afternoon to get my results, was told covid and influenza tests were negative; odd since my symptoms were nearly identical to my first bout with covid, but ok... Three days later my husband gets sick and also tests positive with a home covid test. He goes to confirm at same facility. He's among the first when the doors open at 9am, and isn't seen until well after 11am. After he's seen by the attendant, we wait an additional 40 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner who copped a major attitude when I had the gall to poke my head out of the room to make sure we hadn't been forgotten about. She then proceeds to ask my barely responsive husband a series of questions which he could couldn't fully answer; I attempt to help for expedition and am immediately silenced by our not-doctor because she insisted he needed to answer the questions. After several minutes of him partly responding and forgetting a few key points, she leaves and sends another nurse in to administer the covid test. My husband has asthma and needed a nebulizer treatment but was so out of it he forgot to ask. I hesitantly asked about it because at this point I wasn't sure if I was allowed to speak for him. He was later confirmed to be covid positive which leads me to believe my test results were not accurate from this facility since my husband was only exposed to me for the duration of my illness. I understand they were short-staffed and there is an order to patients being seen, however a nearly four hour wait for a man who could barely speak or walk, a rude shut-down of communication on his behalf, and potentially incorrect information being given to me is how I will always speak about this location."

"I went in this morning I have a really bad cough and mucus and my throat hurts really really bad and the provider (white lady with acne on her face) tested me for strip throat and told me I came back negative. She's telling me I should garggle with salt and water. What kind of help is that i need an antibiotic. The doctors here suck and provider. She telling me to get over the counter medicine which I have and don't work. The medical field I'm Moreno valley sucks. I go here because it's the nearest. this is the 3rd time I come here and every time I come they assume what's wrong with you. They dont listen to you or believe your sick. She said your not coughing. Im trying not to cough cause it hurts my throat really bad. She definitely doesnt care i told her the medicine she prescibed me (dextromethorphan) im allergic too and she will not change it.. she kept on saying go to another urgent care like if I have gas and time like that very very rude. The last time i came I had a rash on arm they just looked at it they did no blood work no test that they looked at it and assumed it was shingles. They prescribed me all this medication and they really didn't know what the rash was. So i ended up taking all these antibiotic for no reason . Then another doctor calls (another assumption) (same location Moreno beach urgentcare) me and says its scabies prescibed me more antibiotics and i took them all as directed. But didn't help. So I've been taking all these antibiotic maybe damaging my health. Then i went to a dermatologist at the hospital on cactus and did blood work and A biopsy and came out to be lichen planus. That shows what kind of care this urgentcare provides. Dont come here they will not help!!! The provider (white lady with acne) is very rude and doesn't care about people's health last time I'm going there. Waste of time sitting and waiting to be called and get no help is out. Do better especially the provider. You don't want to help people or hear them out. Then why do you have this job."

"This place is GARBAGE. Every time I come here I’m left in the exam room for an HOUR. Once the provider arrives they’re only in the room for 3 minutes at best. I came here today at 645pm it’s 828 pm and I’m still sitting in the exam room, yet I still haven’t seen a provider. I probably should’ve just went to the EMERGENCY ROOM"
