"I recently completed an annual physical with Dr. Brandon Miller. What a fantastic experience. He is clearly the best family physician I've had since military retirement in 2005. I've had 10 different PCMs in that time and they all failed to provide the basic medical care we all should expect from their profession. In contrast, Dr. Miller was extremely congenial, respectful and patient preventive care oriented. Particularly impressive was his personable approach. It was obvious that he actually looked at my medical history and lab results prior to the exam room. Thus, he was able to ask the right questions and provide the recommended course of action in timely fashion. He is a distinguished Navy Veteran (Officer Medical Corps) who has proudly and selflessly served our country and is now successfully engaged in civilian practice. We are truly blessed to have Dr. Miller, wife Dr. Anna Miller and their extremely competent staff caring for us here in Fallbrook. "With my long time, regular primary care physician taking medical leave from his practice, I was lucky enough to find Rancho Springs. Everyone is friendly and makes visits easy from start to finish. Whether telemedically or in person, it’s always a breeze with the system they have to go from billing, to the MA to the doctor. The ability to message my doctor in between visits always gives me peace of mind and the response time is outstanding— Almost like text messaging with how quickly I’m able to get answers to questions I may have forgotten or inquiring about the ever changing pharmacy world. "I have a Rancho Family Medical office in the city I live in, but Dr. Brandon Miller is literally the best doctor I have ever encountered. I drive 45 minutes to see him because he is so good. I had some issues with a specialist (at another office not part of RFM) that could not help and Dr Miller was the only doctor that showed compassion and actually helped me fix my issue. I now take my entire family here. All employees at this location are super welcoming and they don’t overbook. My health was very concerning and I owe Dr. Miller a huge thank you for helping me when no other doctor seemed to even care."

"I have been seeing Dr. Anna Miller now for ten months. She is a great listener, takes notes, and her assistant is kind and efficient. An asset, I can tell to Dr. Miller's visits with her patients I have early onset dementia and sometimes forget to ask questions but remember before I leave. Doctor. Anna just patiently comes back to room or someone see to my needs. I feel like family there. The staff is caring and just overall amazing. I am sorry to say that due to a mix with insurance and the delays, I'm not able to continue with Doctor. Anna. I think I was a complicated case and the help I needed was not available. I was given numbers to call by her staff but my insurance just kept getting confused. Now, I cant seem to get back to her. I will miss her. We were a good fit. She was what I needed, but I can only do so much and sometimes the time insurance gives you is not enough. Doctor. Miller is worth your checking into You wont regret. Thank you to all. Maybe insurance will figure how to get me back with her. I was only trying to get better benefits for my age. Thanks to all."

"Dr. Anna Miller and her staff are nothing short of amazing. I cannot say enough about them. Dr. Anna is attentive, understanding, and always listening. She's easy to talk to and always gives her full attention. I've never once felt rushed or as though I couldn't ask her anything. The office itself is comfortable and offers a very calm feeling. Everyone in the front office is friendly and courteous. I've recommended Dr. Anna to multiple friends (and even strangers.) I truly feel like she KNOWS me; that I'm not just a number.
