"First time here, I was nervous but everyone was really nice and professional."

"Very upset with this location. Went in for STD testing and asked for a specific test from everyone I spoke to because if you don't specify what you want, they won't ask you and just test you for basic panel. When I called to check on my results, I was told they didn't run the test I asked for and had no record of me asking. I asked my care coordinator, and everyone at the front desk. I guess they don't give you good service if you have Medi-cal. I'd say tested and get services elsewhere because they obviously don't care."
