I don't know why she was on speakerphone, there's no need to hear all the business and what doesn't happen anymore. I had a chuckle and cover my son's ears a few times."

"They made me drive to their facility and did not open the door because of the covid situation. They told me they close at 5pm today and I arrived before 4pm. I called and they put me on hold right away. The service was horrible and I just left because I was literally waiting outside for thirty minutes."
