"They never answer their phone. It’s impossible to work with, on top of that the pharmacy takes 3 hours to fill any prescription. The only good place there is the physical therapy."

"I swear the civilian that work at this place need to be fired. When I finally get called to the front desk the civilian asked me if she called me. You called my number on your kiosk. Then she complained that my ticket was pulled 3 mins late from my appointment time . I have 15 mins before my appointment is canceled. I wish civilian would treat active duty members with some respect. It’s like we don’t matter, because we wear this uniform."

"This place is suppose to help alleviate waiting times at the naval hospital. It has a fast drive through system but I had to go in for a new refill and the initial patient verification was quick but I have been waiting here for 30 minutes when there are 4 working pharmacy technicians. And a civilians medication was processed before mine and would you think the person in a uniform would be expedited. Yes I have to go back to work. There are me and another person for pharmacy unbelievable."
