The check in process was quick easy and proficient. The sick call staff are true professionals that I can see going far in life. "These guys are way overburdened with the ELT pipeline. The care and basic customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in 18 years to include this place 12 years ago. It used to be a well oiled machine, not sure what happened but it’s a failure at all levels of leadership. COVID has GIVEN them a excuse to be worse than normal, a glimpse of universal healthcare I suppose. Maybe they will get some real leaders here but for now as of Oct 2020 it’s a abomination good thing it’s only your health."

"The 62 Area SMART Clinic is absolutely the most embarrassing group of human waist in one location. No one is proficient at what they do. They cancel you appointment, and claim it is your fault when you had no idea it was cancelled, nor had any reason for it to be cancelled. Just the absolute worst group if "Navy medicine". In my career, I've never had the issues I've had with this place."
