"The attitude in the pharmacy here is terrible. I’m not allowed to ask for my prescription refills for pain medicines until the day it’s due. But then they allow the doctor 48 hours to approve it after that. So what happens when you’re without your pain medicine? They don’t care. I know some of it’s the government’s fault regarding pain meds but this is ridiculous. And why are there so many shortages on meds that people can’t go without? What’s wrong with this system? How do they expect people who are under extreme pain to sit there and wait with no medicine; for maybe days? It’s hard enough for seniors to even get to the pharmacy without all the added delays and stress."

"Pediatric dept is slow. Expect a 1.5 hour wait time after your appt time. Good employees but they need to schedule better"

"My family doctor has gotten very busy... too busy for a prompt appointment. I plan on moving to another facility that is closer to home anyway. I've gotten good care from him and from the other doctors assigned to helping me."

"By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to…I checked in at 9:10am waited over 15 minutes. While waiting went in the pick up line that was out the door. Went to the window he said “we still haven’t called your name”. On the board it says let us know if you wait over 15 minutes. Went to check in line that was smaller another guy was not willing to help either. Kraemer facility is better and not understaffed"

"I came in very sick about a week ago and I mean I wasn't like able to stand up and was vomiting. The lady at the front was so kind to immediately get me a wheelchair and handled all my paperwork. They literally bumped me up in the line to priority and I waited about an hour for the doctor because I was there early. They come in around 9. I was sick the entire time but was consistently being treated with the kindest of nurses and the doctor had me come back in and they've informed me it was an issue with Vertigo. Now I'm being treated and getting further care. They really care and will go above and beyond to help you. I have never had kaiser up until last year and I could NEVER go back. They have EVERYTHING. They are very kind and efficient. If they don't have medication available, they will have it mailed to you within 2 days. I never had to wait for anything."
