"Have been to this place several times and always had good experience. However it’s unfortunate that quality of service is declining with time. Visited today 02/04 at Portola Pkwy Lake Forest location with an appointment at 1:00. Arrived 10 min prior to appointment. Was taken to the room quickly but then was told there were 3 patients ahead of us. Surprisingly : 1. Trash bin auto open/close lid not working. 2. No soap in the soap dispenser to wash hands after touching the trash can lid. 3. Sanitizer dispenser not working. So basically no way to keep hygiene clean other than just water. Doc came in after about 40 minutes even though clinic didn’t seem to be too crowded. I generally had a shorter wait time before with an appointment. Seems like when the clinic was newly established, it had much better services and made a difference but now sadly slowly it’s becoming like all others. Wish it had maintained its quality."

"Amazing experience! Brought my daughter here for a physical required for athletics. She has the worst insurance (Kaiser) and I couldn’t get an appt. in time through them, so I opted to come here. Did I pay out of pocket? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! The cost was nominal for the ease of our experience. Definitely keeping this option in my back pocket!"

"Worst urgent EVER! I came to Clineva July 2020 to get COVID tested. They said they do not take my insurance and said I had to pay $150 for the test. I was desperate to be tested with my horrible symptoms. I agreed and pulled out my debit card and paid. The assistant told me to wait in the car and someone would be with us. A few min later a medical assistant came to the car and took a sample.Then I drove away. I was never given results . I had to harass them for my results. Finally results were received(negative). A few days later I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged 3 times $150 by Clineva. I contacted my bank and Clineva. The clinic said I owed $150! When I tell them I have already paid the $150. After many weeks going back and fourth because my debit card kept being charged for a total of 8 times. I was able to resolve the issue by blocking the clinic from charging my account. Fast-forward until today, I went to visit the clinic again for my daughter for a possible UTI We only came back here because it was the only local urgent care that was open. We were desperate.. I knew I would not give them my debit card, as my daughter’s insurance (we have different insurance) has a zero co-pay. Only when we walked in, I was told my daughter could not be seen because I owed $150! What?!?!?!? Are you SERIOUS, How could this be! 1st off, you have already been paid multiple times for this!! You have successfully kept $300 of my money for a COVID test that is supposed to be free for everyone!!! 2nd, what does my account have to do with my daughter’s account or health? I was hoping for a redemption from this place not the opposite:/ Please do yourself a favor and don’t bother going into this clinic, save yourself the hassle of spending hours on the phone with their billing department and your bank correcting this companies unethical practices…. Plus this urgent care seems have threatened to sue customers on here for speaking the truth! Which is ridiculous! What’s going on here will be exposed by the people and the truth… ☠️ Cozen practices don’t last long ☠️"

"This place is awful, and should be shut down. Not real doctors here and run by physician assistants that do not know what they’re doing. They misdiagnosed me. I got sick from the medication. I had to go several times just for a spider bite. I am now making sure I have a PTP. Do not go to this place. Get a real doctor and get the proper treatment you deserve."

"Everyone here is super nice, accommodating, and patient especially those working at the front desk. The PAs and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I always have the best experience going here despite the stress of being sick/having a medical issue. I highly recommend!"
