"I've seen bad reviews, and I have only been going here a short time, but I've always had a good experience with my visits to this doctor office. The staff is always friendly and polite, and I'm always in and out. There's never any long waits, and they are very thorough. I'm very happy with the treatment here."

"There are often (but not always) long waits, mostly volunteers at the front so people often have no idea what they're doing, your referrals get lost etc. Most importantly though Dr. Le should not be in practice, every interaction with him is unnecessarily tense, he is combative and dismissive of recommendations from other doctors. Dr. Le will not take any problem you are dealing with seriously and if you look through his reviews elsewhere you can see that he has track record of endangering the lives of his patients. Melanie is an angel and was always incredibly helpful but she alone cannot redeem this place. Stephanie tran is wonderful as well, she actually listens to and helps solve my problems rather than trying to convince me that I'm making them up. Edit: they wasted years of my life and prevented me from getting proper medical care, if you have had an issue with SOS i strongly suggest you contact your lawyer and sue."

"I only went here because my insurance designated them as my primary care provider. I am in the process of switching. The dr I saw put me on 2 medications that I didn’t need, I did not ask for and immediately made a negative impact on my life. I called in a few days after starting them and expressed my concerns and side effects. No one got back to me, over 2 weeks went by and I called in daily and finally someongot NOT a Dr contacted me. Gave me no valuable information. Plus, appointments here take forever. They want you to go through all their processes and see videos of their pastor. Etc. I commend any group that tries to help people but this place isn’t a regular DR office and all their decisions are based off their beliefs. I’m not even sure the Dr I saw was qualified. It was strange and uncomfortable."
