"Technician who fit the DME was fine. This facility is very run down. Our fitting room had the plumbing for a sink that had been removed, covered up with saran wrap. There was a bucket of water which looked to be used for forming a cast or some other orthotic laying on the ground. There is boxes and junk lying all around. This is the most rundown facility I’ve been in in my entire life."
