"I wanted to give it a try with Optum and I am really disappointed I went in to establish care and Dr. Flores ordered a ultrasound because I’ve been experiencing pelvic pain. Went to have ultrasound done a week ago. I have been calling to check if they have received my results. I called today at 9am and was told they received my us results and will have Dr. Flores call me. 4pm still no call and I am in pain. I call office again and Mariana answers and tells me Dr. Flores is really busy and will call me when she has time. She then makes me an appointment with Dr. Flores by phone the following day and tells me I will have a copay for the phone call appt. I don’t mind paying. But makes me feel they are more concerned about getting paid than patients health. I have to pay a copay just to get my results by phone with Dr. Flores. It’s not right."

"Dr. Flores was by far one of the worst Dr. That I have encountered she did not really pay attention to what I was telling her or maybe she did not really understand because she is a female Dr. but I did not like her attitude either Optum you need to do better with the Dr. You have."
