"This is the worst place to go when you really need it, I gave them 1 start because there is no less. There is not appointments for a few months. I went for emergency service, and either it's not the proper time or they make you wait for 2 hours, and the consultation is very basic. Now its better to go to ER because they can also make you wait for 2 hours, but tests are more extensive I've been coming for years, but now I'll have to look for a better place."

"Cancelled my appointment because they had to “take a lunch” and never disclosed that there’s a 5min grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Trash DO NOT GO HERE"

"Health is just become another business unfortunately. I was told I need to get a tetanus shot. They assured me I won't have severe side effects, otherwise I would have got it at a different time, 3 days later I can't move with a fever and even found out they didn't just give me a tetanus shot but it also included two other vaccines and even though I specifically asked what they are giving me they refrained from telling me the whole truth. When I called about how sick I am, they said they think I should also get another vaccine hepetatites b , which is prolly also over due, without even checking my health history. They want to make money and see patients as money. Not recommended. Unfortunately most places are like this now"

"Terrible service. No communication or follow up. I scheduled an appointment and the earliest they could schedule me was for 6 weeks later for a normal check up. I called a few days prior to confirm my appointment and they said that they actually forgot to schedule the appointment but can see in their system that it was their fault and that the soonest they could see me was in another 4 weeks. That would put my appointment 2 1/2 months away from when I scheduled it. Whenever you call you only get a call center and you can never talk to the office directly. Good thing I didn't have any health problems or I'd likely be dead before I could actually get an appointment to see the doctor."

"The best thing about this urgent care is that they can't be bothered to change their hours. Need medical attention? Good luck, we might be open. We drove across town to get here and then had to drive across town again because they were closed despite their online hours and the hours posted on the door saying 9pm. Even after we drove to Santa Ana location they couldn't be bothered to help there."
