"I had an appointment for a MRI at 12:30 and they told me to get there at 12:15. I got there at 12:10. Nobody was in the office and I mean nobody. It was like a ghost town. Nobody was at the front desk, waiting room and nobody was in the back. I sat down and waited for about 10 minutes no sign of anybody still. I yelled hello into the front office area and nobody came out. Finally I open the door to the back area and hollered hello. The man from down the hall stuck his head out and asked if I had an appointment. I explained yes and that I had been waiting there for quite some time and did not know where anybody was. He told me he was on his lunch and he would come out in a while. No apology for the lack of anybody being there or even and I'll get to you in just a minute. I felt like I was just bothering him. At about 12:35 he came out to give me the forms to fill out. Why would they tell me to be there at 12:15 if they didn't even have anybody covering the front desk at that time? I could've done something else during that time like going to eat lunch because I didn't have any. I would've given this a higher rating had there been somebody in the front office to greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. I do have to note that the gentleman who did the MRI was a very polite man. Follow up. I called the next day to find out my results were in and nobody ever answered the phone. I probably called about 10 to 15 times. Finally I pressed a different extension other than the MRI department and was able to speak to a person. They told me that the phone system was different and that the extension I was told to push from the phone tree is no longer valid. Hello people why couldn't you have updated your voicemail with the proper extensions? Follow up to my follow-up. I had originally given them two stars but I am raising it to three stars now as they were very prompt in calling me when the results of my MRI came in."

"terrible group they have no time to properly evaluate you , you will sit in the loby for a minimum of 3hrs before your seen in one of there rooms, then u will sit in the room for another hour. Dr Peter Newton is a rude non caring Individual , Im not even sure how he is a Doctor. they just want your $$"
