"This will be my go to for future weekend mishaps. I went in with an injury from a fall and I was in and out in less than an hour. That time included numerous X-rays and I was given a disk with the pictures for my doctor to review. The staff is very friendly, compassionate, and attentive. I actually felt like a person instead of a number. The facility is very clean and my whole experience was positive. Goodbye ER…Hello Nellie Gail Urgent Care."

"I came here on a Friday around 3pm, and the wait wasn't bad! There were a couple patients ahead of me. The entire staff was very professional, answered all my questions, and didnt make anything feel rushed (wish i could remember their names, but this was back in July!). I felt well taken care of. This place is super clean, quite small which made me expect very long wait times, but honestly I was in & out in way less time than the other Urgent Care i've gone to! I'm on Caloptima medi-cal and this place was in-network (through Optum Arta), i'm not sure how that all works with health networks, but at the time, they did list Arta on their website as an accepted insurance, and luckily they update their records with the health insurance websites! (it is frustrating how many times my insurance website shows a Doctor is IN-network, then i find out they no longer accept it & just didnt update their network affiliations, so it still says on my insurance's website they are in-network, ugh). Very thankful to have found this place! Thank you to the entire team for a smooth experience :o)"

"I feel fortunate to have found this place, thanks to yelp and the solid five star reviews. Happy to discover that their cash rates were nearly half of another urgent care I called. Came in for a fairly deep cut on my finger on a Saturday. Matthew, the PA, was absolutely superb; answered all my questions and more, and was very thorough of his analysis and cleaning of the wound. Ended up not getting stitches because I waited too long (20 hours is the limit it seems), but he took x-rays to be sure there was no splinters in the wound (from the wood I cut it on) which could cause issues down the line. The x-Ray came up clear, and after answering all my questions he sent me off with a clean wound and instructions to take care of it so it would heal properly. Samantha at the front desk and Ethan the MA were also amazing, and with all of them I felt treated like I was a friend coming in for a visit. I don’t live in town but if I did I would not go anywhere else. Orange County you’re lucky to have these guys. They are truly remarkable, and I’m grateful to have found them in my time of need."

"The best medical care I have had in along time. PA Craig Jones is outstanding. I had a pretty severe upper respiratory viral infection which he explained to me in such a way that i left more informed than I had ever been on this common condition. He prescribed palliative medications which made me feel better within an hour. I would consider making them my primary care physician he was that good."
