"The first visit was good the doctor was good I love the service"
"The front of the Wesley Health Clinic is unsanitary and the security staff are mean and disrespectful to the disabled and elderly visiting the Clinic. Today I had to get tests on my heart they took 12 bottles of blood. While I was waiting for my ride outside by the side door the security for the Clinic actually opened the door and pushed me to the side of the door with the force and weight of the door and told me move and there was no one there except me and the door .Even that door wasnt in use. It was closed and the other one was open.He told me to move. I was out next to the street when a homeless guy walked by and tried to grab me by the arm. Trying to understand this but dont feel safe there."
"My mother had an appointment with them, but she could not bring herself to go inside. The Center located in the area with a lot of homeless. When she finally reached the center some homeless jumped on her and scared her. The stairs to enter the center were covered in homeless and excrements. The Wesley Health center in general is great place and my mother was a patient in a different location. But this particular location is beyond unsanitary even before you enter it. It is a shame, but there is no way we are coming back to this place."
"Everyone has their stuff together except the mental health side. Whch is ironic because that's the service most folks need in the area. They canceled my appt to get a new diagnosis and medication about 4 times now. There was one point where I called because they never called for my telephone interview. It was already 30 mins in. As I was on the phone asking what was happening. They called my other line to FINALLY let me know they canceled on me. The last appt, I was literally sitting in the office. Mind you, I got no text stating my appt was canceled. They inconvenienced me and canceled while I was already waiting there. Absolutely unprofessional! So when y'all tell folks to just go get help. Keep this in mind. They do this ALL THE TIME."
