"The doctor and nurse who assisted me were both very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. Unfortunately I had to give a low rating as the employee at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. There was a mix up over what time my prescriptions were being sent after a pharmacy change due to availability. Had they just been honest regarding timing, I wouldn't have had to play phone tag with them and the pharmacy for 4 hours. When trying to explain the situation to the last person I spoke to, she continually cut me off and became very rude and then refused to confirm the medications that were sent. Again, the medical staff were very nice, along with the front desk employees when I was in office, but not worth the nasty attitude of the front desk employee who "helped" me over the phone."

"My first visit to Urgent Care. Even though I arrived close to closing the night before Thanksgiving -- everyone was SO nice and caring. Forgive me if I misremember names, but Nurse Cameron and X-ray tech Peter -- thank you! Special shout out to PA Mallory who not only took my concerns into consideration and didn't rush me... she called me two days later to follow up and further assist :) I am grateful for you all this Thanksgiving!"

"This review is purely for Nataly, at the front desk. I came in with an urgent concern and this location unfortunately did not have the appropriate staff to provide the services I needed. Nataly went above and beyond to provide me with three different options within Cedar Sinai span of care services as well as finding me an urgent care option with an available same day appointment at an outside facility, knowing the treatment I needed was time sensitive. I’ve never experienced that level of care and compassion from medical support staff and am deeply appreciative for the help! Thank you Nataly!! You’re an angel."

"One of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve had. They made me wait for almost 2 hours for an evaluation with the PA only to offer no testing or services, telling me to go to an ER instead for an infected cut with no fever. All of the support staff was very professional and friendly, but the lack of any actual care was pretty surreal. This type of infection is exactly what urgent care is supposed to specialize in. While a recommendation to visit the ER is reasonable guidance, these providers should operate on the assumption that such a recommendation will be ignored or delayed and deliver what care they are able to in the moment (in this case I would’ve liked to receive some diagnostic testing and a first-line oral antibiotic)"

"The staff of this urgent care were kind and diligent in getting myself and others checked out in a timely and effective fashion, despite how busy they were. I’d go back to this urgent care if I ever need! Being sick is associated with having a bad day, and my day got better from the care and kindness of this UC’s staff."
