"Avoid at all cost! Even when there a 0 people in the queue or lobby you will wait a minimum of 50 minutes to be seen. From customer service to medical care, the staff seems to be very immature and inexperienced. The doctors and staff don't seem to communicate so during both of my visits I was given different information from the staff. Also had a terrible blood draw experience - it took 4x attempts before the nurse gave up to get help. Just not the group you want to deal with when your not in the best health. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!"

"Horrible! I was very sick and they do not close until 8 pm. I walked in at 7:31 pm and was told they took their last patient at 7:30 pm. There was no one in the reception and everyone was just sitting around doing nothing behind the desk. The receptionist then asked what kind of insurance I have. I showed him my card - as if that was supposed to change his mind? I have Aetna - so that is not an issue. I would definitely go anywhere but here if you are sick. They would be shut down."

"This by far is the worst urgent care in culver city! I don't know if the receptionist are new to the game or just lazy and don't care but they are all incompetent. I've been working in the medical field (billing) for over 10yrs.. If you want your time wasted and you not to be seen for at least 1hour, go ahead. There is a really good new urgent care right down the street where all the staff is knowledgeable and aware insurance's they take."

"I used to have good experiences when it was Culver City Urgent Care, and since they switched to Exer Urgent Care, I will never come back. Could not believe the unprofessional, rude, and complete lack of human compassion from the kids running front desk. I was in distress, feeling terrible and needing healthcare. I couldn't see and my phone wasn't working (what a shock, not every person has a working phone). I ended up leaving because the employees were not helpful in any kind of way, and I wasn't willing to tolerate that kind of service at a health care facility. If you like having to jump through a ton of circus hoops in order just to check in, then by all means this place is for you."

"MY SAVIORS! I am a Kaiser patient without a car which really sucks if you have an URGENT need to be seen. Going to urgent care at Kaiser West La meant hours wasted getting there and back, not to mention standing in a LONG linento be seen. I wanted to see a doc urgently without breaking the bank, insurance be damned but I couldn't get any available appointments today Most places did not take my insurance and would cost me about $175 for what I know would be a 5-10 minute visit. Google urgently care, my zip and Kaiser insurance. This place popped up and is within walking distance. Impressive waiting room and nice staff. I do wish that instead of asking me to sign in and sit down they would of taking my info right away but I don't think k that made a huge difference time wise. Had a short wait, taken to a nice room and finished filling out my info. A nurse took my vitals and info and told me it would be a $20 copay (woohoo!). Doc confirmed my suspicions and sent meds to my pharmacy right away. They saved me HOURS of waiting and most likely writhing in pain as by the time I finally got my meds I wasn't doing well at all (in a matter of a couple of hours, max). If you are a Kaiser patient and need to see someone urgently this is the place"
