"Went in with a terrible ear infection. The wait was 1hr which is ok because there were people but they made me feel comfortable. The doctor that attended me made me laugh when he introduced himself and was quick to the point, was out on a jiff"

"Went to SoCal Urgent care for a sore throat. It wasn't crowded at all and the staff was friendly and helpful. The doc was cool and hooked me up with some vitamins and anti biotic. Everything went quick and I'm already back home."

"I have been to this urgent care quite a few times, there are some doctors that I have seen there that were very helpful and really felt like they listened to what I had to say and take into consideration. However there is one by the name of Bin Mach that I will NEVER go in and see again. His appointments feel rushed and like he is just quickly looking you over then sending you on your way. Even when you explain what happened, it feels like he is not listening. This is my 2nd experience with this doctor and like the last time, it was the worst experience I have ever had."

"I have had a fever all week, Tuesday to Sunday, waiting for it to break. Then the cough started on Saturday, so I went to my favorite Urgent Care  because my husband and I can never go see our primary doctor when we really need them. I have been here several times through the last few years. Generally get in and out quickly, though this was the longest I’ve ever waited, almost 2 hours. The staff and doctor were attentive, efficient and helpful. The only thing that made me sad is that the general appearance, especially the floors are really starting to show wear and tear, masking tape holding the floor down? A little TLC would go a long way. Otherwise, you guys are great!"

"I was in agony from a migraine attack that was going over 24 hrs. It was so bad I couldn’t see or hear because my ears and eyes were extremely sensitive to light and sound. The staff were very accommodating and helped guide me around the facility and positioned me so they could administer treatment. I filed my paperwork on my phone, and I was in a room within 5 minutes. A doctor came in around 5-10 minutes after and administered treatment right away. The experience for me personally was all a blur, but my husband said we were in and out very quickly. He also said the facility was nice and clean. I came after regular business hours, so for this place to be open 24/7 was a HUGE benefit to me. I am very grateful for the treatment I received and I would recommend anyone come here for urgent care."
