She takes her time with each patient which may require some what of a wait. When it is your turn she is only focused on you. Also as your health improves she gets so excited which just means she cares. The staff at this office are all wonderful. I at times can be quite a pain. Love love love this office."

"Brought my mom in who is in active kidney failure right on time for her appointment. After chatting with someone near by, their appointment was 30 minutes after my moms, but they got to their appointment early over 30 minutes early. Well he got taken back before my mom and we waited another 30 minutes. So don’t understand why he would get taken back first just because he decided to come to his appointment very early and my mom in kidney failure had to wait around an hour after her appointment time to even be taken back when we were on time for her appointment. Extremely unprofessional and just rude."
