"This place is filthy nothing is clean i witness two lady’s in the front staring at the trash on the floor the whole entire 3 hours i was waiting not only that I witness them aswell turn sick patients out it’s unbelievable what I have seen in these 3 long hours never again will I be stepping foot into this place neglected people and have sick people wait over 3 hours is terrible-10 wish I can give this place a zero star"

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this urgent clinic. Despite calling ahead to confirm wait times for a broken ankle, I was misled with drastically longer times than what I faced upon arrival (told me it was 0 wait time, I hop on 1 foot to the desk to find that it’s a 2 hr wait time…). Worse, the staff denied ever receiving my call, which felt like a blatant attempt to gaslight me. The unprofessionalism and dishonesty here are alarming. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. Misrepresentation and lack of transparency in a medical facility, especially an urgent care, are simply unacceptable."

"I used to live very close to this urgent care so when I moved I decided to try one closer to my new place. It sucked compared to this place. I’ve learned my lesson and any time I need an urgent care and this place is open I’m definitely making the drive back. Came here recently and turns out I had pneumonia and bronchitis. Yuck. They are so thorough. They make you a follow up appointment when you have a test like ultrasound done and you get seen right away. They have practically everything here, from x-ray, CT scan and ultrasound machine. Great urgent care and the staff is so friendly. Love the new young nurse named Christina. I also really like Dr. Samantha."

"This is my second time coming to this facility but my first time being a patient. I walked into the facility around 510pm and I was seen around 6pm. The time went by fast to me and I knew I would have to wait. It was an easy process checking in thanks to the girl @ the front desk. I paid my co pay and for an xray. Samantha was the PA for the night. She has an upbeat attitude which I Loved. My Xray Tech Angel was also attentive. He made sure I was ok during those awkward arm positions. Lastly, you cant help but to love the smooth jazz vibes playing in the background. This will be my Urgent Care of choice for sure."
