"I don't understand some of the complaints here about VA Santa Fe Spring, one of the smaller, clean, organized clinics in SoCal, with friendly and attentive staff. Every time I visit this clinic, I get nothing but respect and great service. Thanks ALL! You're my heroes!"

"Va called said my cancer test came back positive. They said they couldn't find the number for me to call to set other test, they would need to call me back. Never called. Called VA no one knows what is going on and can't reach the doctor. First time I have bad service. You don't tell someone thier cancer test is positive and not have the appointments ready."

"Ok I don’t know what happened here, but I got a new doctor and nurse and i recently had the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. This is a huge improvement from my past experiences. I’m glad the VA has stepped up their game. And I’m very happy with my new providers"

"I am a Veteran and have been going to the VA hospital for yearly check ups and some light to minor ailments. Overall it's been good. The new clinic is a step up and you can see that the staff is a bit more relaxed. The old place was good but you can tell everyone was overworked. Since I get free Healthcare, it's hard to complain. So I won't. I don't give it 5-stars because it's obviously not better than a private clinic where you can see the level of quality is much better. Private practice will always be superior. Again, my perspective is from receiving basic care. I have no idea how the treat people with more serious conditions so I can't comment on that. For a free clinic, it's solid."

"Like the new location​. Although it is a shared parking lot with other businesses I always find a spot. The inside is bigger and better. The VA is always dealing with many patients. You must have a little understanding. Hopefully that will improve nation wide."
