"Horrible service. I setup a CPR appointment for my wife that leaped from the quoted $50, from the original $45 to it being a "combination class" of CPR & First Aid costing $100. Which is way more expensive than red cross or any I've had as a preschool teacher. Long story short we initially asked to refund the first aid, that she did not take yet, and prior to taking cpr (only being there 15mins) but they were so RUDE about it that we asked for a full refund to which they "had a process" for in which they have to go through accounting and processing and such and I have to call on Monday. So far they stole our time and money! And right in time for the Holidays. I guess they tend too who they want too. UPDATE: Hello Richard, I have been there before and the prices were different, inflated. The prices shouldn't be that high. $50 a piece for EACH CPR/First Aid service is absurd. Also I did not receive a check until 2 weeks later. Despite that my major concern was the treatment myself and my wife received. What's most important to me is good if not great customer service. I believe people working in relations, dealing with people should have a certain etiquette. Especially if they're taking our hard earned money."

"These folks are great! They're always fast, professional, and competent, and friendly. I've used them here and there over the years, and I really like that they do tests that do not require a doctor's order (such as TB for employment, etc.). And they will do specialty tests that doctors do order, but you will not be able to get done at Quest or LabCorp, etc., as long as I bring my own materials and directions. Awesome! BTW, they've moved from the old 2nd St address to the one on 6374 E Pacific Coast Highway. A little hard to find. They are on the below-ground level (1st floor) under the Faucets N Fixtures, which is on the south side of Howards and the AMC theaters. (Not on the Barnes & Noble and Ralphs side, but the other side.)"
