"I have been on 5 tours with them; the 1st 4 were great, no complaints. My last trip wasn't the best though, the vehicle wasn't very comfortable and the stops felt kinda fast. I met with a problem and they did come up with a solution. All of this I mentioned in my review. But, Lo and behold..they didn't post my review on their website !! Why ? Because i pointed out few negatives... Its really strange, I don't think i will ever travel with them again. But the first 4 - awesome- great tour guide, vehicle, great trip"

"Tour is expensive and not value for money unless you don't like to drive a car in USA. Tour plan and guide Leo (Boston to NYC) can improve alot. They mention a lot of things in the tour itinerary that is not covered due to time limitation. Please correct your itinerary to reflect practical and actual activities. They charged a lot of money for the attractions in addition to travel and hotel fee, they charged more than the official attraction fee, Why do you charge more When guide service is already paid in addition to tour fee? Free things are also charged like Niagra night tour ( it's officially free for everyone) but tour charged for it and many such things like Whitehouse, memorials etc, these are free for general public but they keep charging extra money for all these. The only thing that was great in the entire trip was our tour guide Jason, he is amazing, friendly and full marks to him for his behaviour and service. Rest everything is highly overrated. Hotels are okay and not bad. My summary: Avoid the tour, take your car and spend 1 or 2 more day to enjoy the places without rushing through it."

"We went on 4 days trip to New York and Niagara Falls. On top of what you pay online, for each day they will ask you to pay around $200 person. They will charge you for all the free attractions. Hotels and tour guide were good."

"If I could give ZERO, I would do so! Do not waste your money with them. All the travel agencies this company works with overseas are the same as them like Compass Holidays in Canada. Extremely poor service, unprofessional tour guides with mean attitude. Only they want is making money by force you pay them tips, and join their activities and meals. Otherwise, they will dump you in middle of the trips!!!! Be Careful!!!!"

"If I could give these guys a zero I would. Absolutely everything about our experience so far has been terrible. The tour started well when we were shuttled to the actual bus from our stop, but the actual bus air conditioning leaked, we were not allowed to use the bathroom as it was for 'emergencies only' and it proceeded to break down 4 times before completely dying on the side of a busy highway in the summer heat and humidity. After the second breakdown we were comfortably in a service station where the guide and driver could have called for a replacement but they decided to push it, leaving us on the side of the busy highway to wait 3 hours for a replacement bus. No apologies or even acknowledgement from the tour guide and a feeble attempt was made to get ubers to take us (50 people) from the side of the highway to the nearest airconditioned place. We wasted our money and valuable time on our holiday on these people and not even an adequate response from the company, let alone a refund. Beware of booking with these people!"
